BSRV Medical & Dental Office is a full-service medical and dental clinic at 3430 Finch Ave E, Suite 6A, in Scarborough, located inside the Pharmasave Pharmacy across from Bridlewood Mall near Warden Avenue and Finch Avenue. The clinic brings family medicine, walk-in care, and dentistry together under one roof, so patients can register with a dedicated family doctor, walk in for same-day care, and book dental appointments without travelling to multiple offices. Family physician Dr. Ruhin Karim (MD, FRCGP, CCFP), a UK-trained doctor and Professor of Family Medicine, is currently accepting new patients. Family doctor visits are fully covered by OHIP, and the clinic also accepts newcomers and refugees covered under the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) at no cost. The medical side covers ongoing primary care including annual check-ups, preventive care, chronic disease management, lab follow-ups, and specialist referrals, with a dermatologist available on Tuesdays for acne, rashes, eczema, skin allergies, and other skin concerns. On the dental side, Dr. Zareen Qadir, an NDEB board-certified dentist and certified Invisalign provider, and Dr. G. Gopal, who brings over 25 years of experience, provide general and cosmetic dentistry, cleanings and whitening, restorative work, orthodontics, oral surgery, emergency dentistry, and nitrous sedation, and the clinic welcomes patients covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). The multilingual team speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Bengali, and Sylheti, making care easier to access for Scarborough's diverse community. All major insurance plans are accepted with direct billing, and patients are always informed of their lab results. BSRV Medical & Dental Office is open seven days a week: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Walk-ins are always welcome with no appointment needed, and the facility is wheelchair accessible with free parking available.
