About

East Toronto Therapy is a trauma-informed psychotherapy practice on the Danforth, built for adults who have learned to survive difficult experiences but are ready to do something more than just cope. The clinic sits in the Greenwood-Coxwell neighbourhood at 658 Danforth Avenue and is led by a therapist with over a decade of clinical experience who approaches each client with deep warmth, genuine curiosity, and a commitment to moving at a pace that feels safe. Specializations include trauma recovery, support for survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault, grief and loss, anxiety, and burnout. Sessions are offered in-person and the practice welcomes clients from across the LGBTQ+ community. A free 15-minute consultation is available before a first session. Appointments run Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling to accommodate working adults.
