About

Green Path Psychotherapy is a modern, in-person therapy clinic located at Jane and Bloor in the Runnymede area of west Toronto, offering accessible, high-quality mental health care for individuals, couples, and families. The practice was designed with accessibility in mind — making starting therapy feel easier and less intimidating, regardless of where a client is in their mental health journey. Online therapy is also available for anyone in Ontario. The Green Path team is composed of registered psychotherapists who bring specialized training across a range of therapeutic modalities and clinical areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. Sessions run Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 9 PM and Friday through Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM — one of the more accommodating schedules available at a Toronto therapy clinic. Free 15-minute consultations can be booked online through the practice's booking platform, allowing prospective clients to connect with a therapist before committing to regular sessions.
