About
We are board-certified and Ontario-licensed Pediatricians, working in Toronto and offering limited home visits on a same-day basis. We are not a replacement for your regular Doctor; rather, we are more like a "walk-in clinic" at your home or hotel. OHIP pays for your medical care but there is a minimum $150 travel fee. Home visits for patients without OHIP will incur a minimum $275 total fee. We provide care for NON-EMERGENCY complaints: cough headache rash painful urination sore throat. Your Doctor will address your concern, document your visit and take responsibility for arranging any necessary follow-up arising from your visit. This includes follow-up on any testing, writing prescriptions or placing any necessary referrals. Our Doctors do not prescribe any controlled medications. For example, we will not prescribe stimulant medications nor opiate pain medications under any circumstances. These medications are better managed by your regular Doctor. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or visit your local ER.
