Leaside Eye Clinic
About
Established on Bayview Avenue at the corner of Millwood Road in Toronto's sought-after Leaside neighbourhood, Leaside Eye Clinic has been a quiet institution of personalized eye care for the community. Dr. Jonathan Slivka leads the practice with a philosophy of going beyond the standard eye exam to build long-term relationships and deliver care that accounts for each patient's broader health history, lifestyle, and vision goals. The clinic offers comprehensive eye exams for adults, children, and seniors, contact lens evaluations and fittings for new and current wearers, laser surgery consultations and co-management, and OHIP-covered assessments for eligible patients. Located within the Vizio Eyewear boutique at 1532 Bayview Avenue, Leaside Eye Clinic combines clinical expertise with a beautifully curated selection of frames from leading eyewear designers. Street parking is available nearby, and the clinic is conveniently situated two traffic lights south of Eglinton Avenue, making it easily accessible for patients from Leaside, Thorncliffe Park, East York, and the broader Bayview corridor.
