Polyclinic Family & Specialty Medicine is one of North York's most comprehensive medical facilities — a 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art centre located inside the Champagne Centre at Finch and Dufferin. Housing over 40 medical specialists alongside family physicians and a full walk-in clinic, Polyclinic offers an extraordinary range of under-one-roof healthcare services for patients across the Greater Toronto Area. The walk-in clinic is open six days a week, including evenings, with a goal of seeing all patients within one hour of arrival. Family physicians at Polyclinic are part of the Family Health Group and the clinic is consistently accepting new patients — a rarity in Toronto's strained primary care landscape. Services span cardiology (including echocardiography, Holter monitoring, and exercise stress testing), endocrinology, gastroenterology with on-site endoscopy (gastroscopy and colonoscopy), respirology with pulmonary function testing, neurology, nephrology, and much more. Family physicians on staff include Dr. Marina Berg (MD, CCFP — English and Russian), Dr. Eugene Bondarev (MD — walk-in coverage), and Dr. Zahra Farhour (MD, CCFP — McGill and Sunnybrook trained, women's health focus). Specialists include Dr. Alice Briggs (Allergy & Immunology), Dr. Natalie Gomperts and Dr. John Janevski (Cardiology), Dr. Xerxes Punthakee (ENT), and Dr. Masuma Khawaja (Endocrinology — fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi).
