Rexdale Community Health Centre (CHC) at 8 Taber Road in Etobicoke is a non-profit, community-governed organization delivering comprehensive primary care and community programs to residents of northwest Toronto. The centre offers family medicine, walk-in access, mental health and counselling, sexual health services, diabetes education, physiotherapy, chiropody, chiropractic care, nutrition counselling, foot care, and dental services — all under one roof, with staff who speak the languages of the communities they serve. Monday hours run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:45 PM. The centre is actively accepting new clients from the M9W, M9R, M9V, and M9P postal code areas. A satellite location also operates on Dixon Road. Rexdale CHC's approach treats the whole person within the context of their social and community circumstances, making it a genuine anchor of healthcare in the Rexdale area.
