Sure Care Diagnostics at 2700 Dufferin Street, Unit 56, in Toronto (formerly known as WNR) is a diagnostic imaging clinic offering same-day or next-day appointments for ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, and other imaging services. The Toronto Dufferin/Eglinton location provides free on-site parking and is open seven days a week, making it one of the more accessible imaging options in the west-central Toronto area. At Sure Care Diagnostics, our mission is to deliver exceptional diagnostic imaging services with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and patient-centered care. We are committed to empowering patients and healthcare providers with timely, precise information to support better health decisions. The faster you receive high-quality diagnostics, the faster you’re able to be treated. We believe in making high-quality diagnostics accessible and seamless—because behind every image is a person who deserves the best care possible. Weekday hours run Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with X-ray available from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Sunday hours are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM with X-ray from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A doctor-signed requisition and a valid Ontario Health Card are required for OHIP-covered services.
