About

At 2756 Danforth Avenue in East York, The Healing Theory is a holistic, multidisciplinary wellness clinic that takes a whole-person approach to health — treating the body, mind, and lifestyle together rather than each in isolation. The clinic offers chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, mental health counselling, dietitian services, custom orthotics, perinatal and postnatal care, pediatric care, and exercise rehabilitation — all under one roof and all with direct billing available. What sets The Healing Theory apart is the philosophy embedded in its name: that education and exercise are the best preventative medicines, and that the body's own capacity for healing should be the first intervention tried. The clinic's team of registered and certified practitioners — chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, a naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist, psychotherapist, social worker, and dietitian — share a collaborative approach to care. A weekly in-house studio hosts yoga, Pilates, stretch, and mobility classes, with memberships and class packs available. The clinic runs weekdays from 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM.
