Vivo Family Medicine is a family medicine clinic at 952 Kingston Road, Suite 102, in Toronto's Upper Beaches neighbourhood, providing comprehensive primary care for individuals and families at every stage of life. Led by Medical Director Dr. Amjed Kadhim-Saleh alongside Drs. Durgaa Rajendran, Christopher Yildiz, and Alice Hobeika, the practice is built around a patient-first philosophy, using modern technology and AI-powered tools to make care more accessible, efficient, and personal. If you are looking for a family doctor in Toronto's east end, Vivo combines the warmth of a neighbourhood practice with the convenience of digital health. Beyond standard family medicine, the clinic offers an unusually complete set of onsite services: registered nurses are available every day for triage, vitals and body measurements, ear syringing, liquid nitrogen (cryotherapy) treatment, wound dressing, immunizations, and B12 injections, and patients over 18 can have blood drawn onsite for lab requisitions without a separate lab visit. Online services make routine care easy, with web-based appointment booking, prescription renewals, medical forms, and doctor's notes, plus evening virtual appointments for patients who can't make daytime hours. New patients start with an intake appointment where the doctor takes a full medical history and walks through the clinic's policies. Vivo Family Medicine is open Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with evening clinics for virtual and in-person care.
