Embedded within the Finch Weston Pharmacy at the southwest corner of Finch Avenue and Weston Road, Finch Weston Health Centre brings patient-focused family medicine to the Emery Village community in North York. The clinic is led by Dr. Basil Al-Saigh, a family physician with training in Saskatchewan who has been building longstanding relationships with patients across Emery Village since 2010. Dr. Basil's practice offers comprehensive primary care for all age groups, including children's health, women's health, adult medicine, geriatric care, chronic disease prevention and management, and immunizations from infants to adults. The clinic operates six to seven days a week with a blend of on-site and telemedicine appointments, giving patients flexible access to their doctor without leaving the neighbourhood. A medical office assistant is available six days a week to coordinate care. Finch Weston Health Centre is co-located within the larger Finch Weston Family Health Organization, offering patients access to a broader network of five family physicians serving this historically underserved part of North York.
